Job Title: RN Medical / Surgical
Location: 3700 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN, 47714
Shift: 12-hour shifts, three days per week. Shift schedule: 06:30 - 19:00. Total of 36 hours per week
Salary: $52.38/hr
Taxable Component: $43.55/hr
Per Diem (Local Rate): $8.83/hr
Reward on non-local rate: $7.23/hr ($45.15)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit.
Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques.

Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
