We are looking for a Business Process Mining Expert to join and strengthen our talented Process Mining team, part of the Global Data division!

The role of a Process Mining Expert is crucial within our company, as automation plays an important role in optimising and enhancing process efficiency. You'll serve as a vital link between Business Process Owners and our team of developers. Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly understand the existing processes, their requirements, and the pain points experienced by users. With this knowledge, you'll design to-be processes and develop automation solutions using cutting-edge tools such as RPA (UiPath), Celonis, Logic Apps, and more. By leveraging your expertise, you'll enable our organisation to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, minimise errors, and ultimately drive significant improvements in productivity and cost-effectiveness.


Aufgaben

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROCESS ANALYSIS

You'll conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, areas for improvement and the benefits of using an automation. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of the as-is processes.

In addition, you'll document process flows, data flows, and business rules to provide clear visual representation and understanding of the current processes. You'll identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE FULL LIFECYCLE

You'll lead and oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, from initiation to implementation and post-deployment support, ensuring successful delivery and achievement of project objectives. You'll also define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, setting clear goals and success criteria for automation initiatives. Finally, you'll evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive future automation project success.

MAINTENANCE & REPORTING OF AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS

You'll take ownership of the maintenance and upkeep of automation solutions, ensuring their continued functionality, reliability, and optimal performance. In addition, you'll apply necessary updates, patches, and enhancements to automation solutions, keeping them aligned with evolving business needs and technological advancements.

You'll maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of automation solutions, including system configurations, workflows, and any modifications or customisations made. Finally, you'll provide timely support and troubleshooting assistance to users of automation solutions, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring smooth

PROCESS AUTOMATION DESIGN

You'll assess the feasibility of implementing automation by considering the complexity of the process flow, compatibility with existing applications, and any potential technical or operational challenges. You'll also design automation workflows by specifying the sequence of tasks, decision points, and integration with relevant systems or tools. This ensures a logical flow of actions, efficient decision-making, and seamless interaction with other systems.

Finally, you'll also configure and customise automation tools, including defining rules, triggers, and data mappings to ensure accurate and efficient execution.

COMMUNICATION BRIDGE BETWEEN BUSINESS PROCESS OWNERS AND DEVELOPERS

You'll facilitate clear and concise communication by translating technical jargon into business terms and vice versa, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You'll actively engage with business process owners to gather and clarify their needs, goals, and challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and objectives. Finally, you'll collaborate closely with developers/IT teams to provide guidance, clarification, and context on business processes, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with technical solutions.


Profil

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in process management, process improvement and data analysis.
  • General and integrated understanding of Finance and/or Operations processes
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm in digital trends and innovations
  • Team player, organizational talent, self responsibility
  • Ability to flexibly adapt to changing business requirements
  • Familiarity with major RPA Tools (e.g. UiPath)
  • Understanding of process mining technologies (e.g. Celonis) is a plus
  • Travel 0-10%

Wir bieten

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
