Job Title: Assistant Payroll Manager
Location: Twickenham (4 days in the office)
Salary: £(phone number removed) per year
JGA is collaborating with a leading leisure company in search of a seasoned payroll expert with Tronc proficiency.
To excel in this role, you should possess Tronc experience and a background in Hospitality or multi-site environments.
What you'll do:
Handle payroll processing for approximately 1500 employees across all sites.
Supervise HMRC submissions, manage pension contributions, and ensure compliance with legislation.
Execute weekly Tronc payments in accordance with scheme guidelines.
Provide on-demand payroll analysis and reporting.
Work closely with the senior payroll manager to streamline operations.
Stay abreast of payroll regulations and update procedures accordingly. What you'll bring:
Proven track record of overseeing payrolls for 500+ employees.
Thorough understanding of Tronc systems and protocols.
Proficiency in Excel, with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Strong communication skills for building effective cross-functional relationships.
