Paralegal - Corporate

We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join a dynamic Corporate and Commercial team. As a Paralegal, you will provide crucial legal support and handle essential company administration tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a renowned law firm and collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

📌 Handle a wide range of company administration and post-completion work, including Companies House filings, maintaining PSC registers, updating company registers, and preparing completion bibles.

📌 Set up and manage online data rooms, liaising with clients and other professionals to collate and review relevant materials.

📌 Conduct general due diligence work and assist with disclosure exercises on sale-side transactions.

📌 Draught board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and simple agreements.

📌 Assist with the collation of conditions precedent on finance transactions.

📌 Incorporate companies and perform related start-up administration tasks.

📌 Conduct legal research tasks as required.

📌 Provide general support to other members of the corporate/commercial department.

✅ At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Corporate paralegal.

✅ Proven experience working on high-value, complex M&A activity.

✅ Strong organisation and interpersonal skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

✅ Ability to work independently, proactively, and take instructions effectively.

✅ Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research.

✅ Resilience and a flexible approach to work within a successful Corporate practise.

✅ Flexibility with working hours.

✅ A sense of humour and a friendly attitude.
