About Our Client: Our client, a family run leading construction firm specialising in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, is currently seeking a Temp-to-Perm Site Manager to join their team.
Project Details: The project involves the installation of a new full heating system at a School, with an estimated value of £2-3 million. The project will be executed in multiple phases over the next 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide regular updates to the project team and management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in managing M&E biased projects.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
* Flexibility to work out of hours when required to meet project deadlines.
* SMETS and First Aid training required.
* Professional qualification in construction management or related field preferred.
Location and Interview Process:
* Interviews will be conducted at our client's Head Office in Gloucester.
