Talent84 is delighted to once again be supporting our award-winning fintech client with their search for an Graduate Account Manager to join their busy in-house sales department. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will act as first point of contact for their valued accounts; providing excellent product knowledge, building rapport and ultimately driving sales to the platform. Responsibilities
* Manage clients accounts across diverse technology
* Demonstrate deep understanding of features and benefits of company products and services
* Maintain regular contact with accounts, understand their business needs and recommend features to drive sales
* Contribute to individual, team and organisation sales targets
* Accurately record all progress and follow up in timely manner
* Build long lasting relationships with clients
* Work collaboratively with wider organisation to resolve any queries
