We are working with our client who are an international manufacturing business in their search for a project coordinator. You will be centrally positioned within the project team helping the business keep the orders flowing. You will work with the sales and project team ensuring clients have all of the correct technical information and are up to date with the order process!
Responsibilities:
* Send out quotes to customers
* Conduct and provide customer sizing calculations.
* Produce drawings for sites and specific installation opportunities. (Training Given)
* Ensure CRM is fully up to date
* Ensure all stakeholders and customers are up to date with order status
The Person:
* Experience in a technical based admin role
* Able to use IT such as word, outlook etc
* Able to communicate with customers on the phone/teams or in person
The Package:

* Full training given such as AutoCAD and professional qualifications
