Description
They are seeking to recruit a Pensions Implementation Manager to join their operations function in managing key projects such as transfers of pension books. Day to day you will be responsible for:
Managing pension book transfers and implementation plans
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the implementation process
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth transition
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Identify potential issues or risks and develop mitigation strategies
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
Acting as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
Working with a customer focused environment to ensure positive outcomes for pension scheme members
Supporting adviser introducers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and bulk transfer experience Profile
A successful Pensions Implementation Manager should have:
Proven experience in pensions with a strong working knowledge of industry regulations and processes
Ideally an understanding of pension transfers
Understanding of commerciality and a track record of delivery
A strong leadership style, and able to manage others when necessary, particularly during busy periods
Excellent project management skills
High level of attention to detail and organisational abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and in a fast paced environmentJob Offer
