Working in partnership with an exclusive boutique hotel in the centre of York who are expanding their team and looking for a supervisor to oversee the F&B element of the property.  This is a brand-new position and would be suited for someone with drive & passion who wants the chance to be part of a business that is really driving their F&B offering.
 
This role would offer the suitable candidate a pay rate up to £13.00 per hour with a guaranteed contract of 30 hours, obviously you can work over and above these hours as and when the business requires.  You would also benefit from uniform, service charge, training & development support, and the opportunity to progress along with the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is based in York with a hospitality background centred around F&B, you would be part of a small, passionate, and dedicated team of 10 who have created a fantastic environment for both guests & residents of York to enjoy!

Role:

Oversee the F&B offering in the small boutique property including breakfast, brunch & special events.
Work in partnership with the local suppliers for both food & drink.
Deliver high levels of service and train the staff to do the same.
Continue to promote the offering to residents in York.
Hotel Duty Manager shifts.
Support when required across other roles in the hotel.Requirements:

Background in F&B.
Available to work evenings, weekends & bank holiday as and when required.
Previous hotel experience.
Staff supervision including training knowledge.
