Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various technical tasks and knowledge of restoration and remediation processes.
Duties:
The mitigation technician's responsibilities include assessing damaged properties to determine what can be saved, cleaning damaged properties, removing and replacing damaged materials, and sanitizing the restored sites. To be successful as a mitigation technician, the employee must be physically capable, have a keen understanding of safety gear, and be able to follow instructions.
Key Responsibilities
High-level performance of water mitigation and mold remediation services according to industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs and questions are answered.
Able to monitor and provide appropriate documentation.
Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, adequately stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
Follow safety rules and regulations.

Experience/Education/Qualifications
1 or more of IICRC Restoration Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) preferred
Two or more years as an experienced Restoration Technician is preferred
The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
A valid drivers license with a good driving record
Compensation - $50 bonuses per job that is run past 6p and before 6a. 15% annual bonus potential and full benefits.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
