Are you motivated to work to in a call centre? Do you enjoy working in a fast pace environment?
Working within a utility’s environment would be an advantage, with or without experience welcome to apply
A full system training & Induction program will be given to ensure you are successful in within your role. With our continuous growth and expansion, we also offer some fantastic routes of progression.
About you:
Attention to detail
Hungry to succeed
Able to listen and ask questions to understand people’s needs
Comfortable talking to customers and have a persuasive personality
Ability to work on your own, opportunities to cross and up-sell
Grade 11 or Higher Passed
