Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal

Warnock MacKinlay Law PLLC is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all stages of litigation. Responsibilities:
Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and filing of legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Manage and maintain case files, including organizing documents, evidence, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and provide support in case investigation.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
Prepare for hearings, trials, and depositions.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and participate in trials when necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
Have 5+ years’ experience in Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation in Arizona.
Have experience with notice of claims, premise, negligence, road designs, trucking claims and complex litigation matters.
Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests while under close supervision.
Be detailed and organized – Will be responsible for organizing records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format.
Follow the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistent schedule
