MISSION
The Listing Coordinator's mission is to be responsible for all aspects and maintenance of our active listings, building and marketing new listings for sale, updating internal systems to ensure accuracy and maintain brokerage compliance, and submitting all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Listing Coordinator will have the following primary responsibilities:
Building, maintaining & listing new homes for sale, auditing listings for accuracy, and updating as necessary.
Create and submit all necessary paperwork associated with new listings for Brokerage compliance.
Maintaining necessary software systems, including upkeep, operation, and overall maintenance of various systems.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a full-time, in-person position, working alongside our Sales Team & Transaction Coordinator team.
Requirements
PROFICIENCIES
Quality Communication: Must be an excellent communicator in both written and oral form. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Affinity for Technology: Our Listing Coordinator role requires an understanding of various systems, including Paragon (IMLS), Salesforce, Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets), BuilderTrend, DotLoop & various public information resource websites, including County Assessor portals.
Anticipating Needs: As a Listing Coordinator, ensuring the accuracy of information is a high priority. Part of the role will be learning and understanding how to navigate systems to find accurate information and completing audits to catch potential errors.
EXPERIENCE
Office setting experience, professional etiquette, computer savviness, and proficiency in the software listed above.
