Reporting BI Developer - MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Job Description
Recruited is seeking a Reporting Business Intelligence Developer for a brand new program supporting the US Army to provide expertise in building BI solutions and reports based on functional/technical requirements using BI technologies and UI/UX concepts. In this role you will: 
Work directly with senior customer leadership on iteratively designing and developing user-facing AMP reports. 
Elicit and document data requirements and specifications from functional and technical SMEs and system owners.  
Perform data analysis in PeopleSoft and understand data gaps as they translates into BI deliverables.  
Develop and maintain standard design documents, test plans/scripts, business process workflows, data requirements documents, and use cases.  
Implement complex enterprise system configurations and end-to-end design and development
