Description

Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure optimal service delivery.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the health care industry and market trends.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs.
Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs.
Streamline and improve procurement processes where necessary.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.Profile

A successful Group Procurement Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and strategies.
Must have indirect procurement experience
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience within the health care industry, particularly in procurement.
The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
