Contract Scotland are currently recruiting for a new home sales advisor to join our reputable client based in the East.
If you're someone who has a flair for sales and a passion for the property sector, enjoys building relationships and providing top-notch customer service and thrives in a goal-oriented environment then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Role Responsibilities include

Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement.
Gain a strong understanding of products to match client expectations. 
Liaise with site managers, colleagues and clients to facilitate a successful working environment.
Day to day Management of developments, generating viewings, following up on enquiries and assisting clients on their choices.
Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.
Take control of any customer issues and find suitable solutions to any queries raised
Responsible for the presentation of site, ensuring site and sales suite is maintained to the highest standards.
