Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls and emails.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Provide product information and pricing to customers.
* Process orders and follow up on sales inquiries in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
