Production Operative

Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join our Matlock based client.
Job Duties:
* Operating, setting and programming various automated machinery.
* Perform various non-routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks during planned and unplanned machine downtime.
* Liaising with engineers for breakdown issues and technical issues.
* Performing quality control checks.
* Work in a team setting with other employees.
* Comply with all plant safety and health requirements, including the correct use of PPE.
* Participate in continuous improvement process.
* Successfully complete all documentation required for your assigned area.
Requirements:
* Good attention to detail due to the nature of the role.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Good technical ability with a machine setter background.
Working hours: Days, Nights and Afters rotation.
Salary: £31,434 Per Annum.
This is a Full time, Permanent position
