Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

A leading national Building Services Contractor are currently recruiting for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor based out of their Nottinghamshire office due to the company’s on-going expansion plans and growth strategy. They have already secured a range of commercial projects that run until 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is for someone who has experience as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

* working with the M&E Commercial Manager

* Monthly reports e.g. cost and value comparisons, turnover forecasts etc. Ensuring information is complete and accurate Involvement with monthly reporting

* Cost forecasting for projects undertaken

* Playing a supporting role in pre-tender stage

* Valuing and managing variations

* Programme management

* Working on projects up to £16M M&E value

Requirements:

* You will previously have worked in the Building Services industry as Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, M&E Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor

* Commercial or Industrial experience

* It would be desirable if you have Mechanical or Electrical or Quantity Surveyor qualifications such as HNC, HND, or equivalent qualifications
