Why Red Rock? – With a salary of circa £28,000 and an uncapped bonus structure! No thresholds, no cap! From day 1 - 10% of invoice for bringing in the vacancy and filling it / 5% for filling it!
Potential Bonus -Billing £6,000 per month = £600 over 12 months = £7,200!!
About the role:
If you are a successful 360 recruiter or strong in the customer service arena then this could be the role for you! This is a position for people who do not give up easily and understand the hard work it takes to achieve the goals they are working towards.
The perfect candidate is a self-starter, passionate and a well-disciplined individual who wishes to over-deliver and contribute to the future growth and development of our business. This position will report to the Permanent Division Director.
You would be responsible for:
· Identifying new business opportunities
· Perform agreed sales activity & achieve financial targets
· Manage client requirements
· Resource high calibre candidates
