Branch Manager

Adecco are currently recruiting for well-established Company who are seeking an experienced Manager to join their expanding team. As a Manager you will be involved in all daily operations, team management and identifying future areas for development and implementing delivery solutions

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Hours of work: Monday - Friday; 9- 5PM

Salary: negotiable, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the insurance team understands its duties and its role within the organisation.
Identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company.
Responsibility to managing budgets and plan to maximise efficiency & performance.
Contribute to training and development of the team and organisation.
Actively supporting Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans.
Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional standards, responsibilities, and obligations
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Manage, direct, and monitor insurance activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximise performance.
Effective liaison, support, and assistance with the whole of the organisation.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external clients/customers and suppliers.
Actively promote and arrange marketing & networking events.Requirements and qualifications

Must have 3 years minimum experience working in an insurance environment
Educated to GCSE level
