O&CC are one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers, trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed and Snow + Rock and we are looking for a passionate Junior Buyer to join our team in Kemble.
As a Junior Buyer, you will select and deliver a balanced, commercial, compelling and well-planned product range in line with the company strategy and performing analysis and reviews on range and product performance.
You will be supporting the Head of Buying in the evolution of the 3 year Product, Brand & Category strategy, collaborating with merchandising to identify market trends to maximise revenue & profits, managing supplier negotiations, have good commercial acumen and have the ability to supervise those junior to you.
