HR Director

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function for our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent- Manage employee onboarding, training and development programs to promote continuous learning and growth- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations- Oversee performance management and employee relations processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees- Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits- Oversee the HR budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR partners, such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues and handle complex employee relations matters- Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies- Experience managing employee relations and performance management processes- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferredLocation:This position is based in Fresno, CA, and may require occasional travel to client sites.Contract Details:This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.At Stardom Employment Consultants LLC, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
