Senior HR Business Partner

CMA HR Division is delighted to be working exclusively with a global business to appoint an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to assist the Head of HR for an initial 6 month interim period.
The current team has reorganised and the HR Director is looking for a commercial partner who can join their team to assist with the BAU operational tasks as well as wellbeing and engagement.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Business Partner vacancy:

Hands on day to day operational HR tasks, proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes
Drive the performance and talent agenda, building succession plans
Coaching leaders to recognise wellbeing concerns and area of performance that need improvement
Continuous coaching of line managers to improve business performance specifically around engagement
Ad hoc projects to support the senior team and drive the people plan
Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Business Partner:

The business is looking for an experienced generalist HR Business Partner who is confident in driving people and commercially aware in a growing business
