Our client is dedicated to supporting the Further Education sector nationwide. They specialise in promoting Work Based Qualifications to employers, connecting them with a network of pre-approved Training Providers. Their mission is clear: to facilitate growth, compliance, and operational improvements for SMEs across various sectors in England.
As an outbound sales advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales team, reaching out to businesses across the UK to promote fully and partially funded Work Based Apprenticeships and Short Courses.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) with UNCAPPED monthly bonuses.
• Achievable commission structure and additional weekly bonus incentives.
• Early finish incentives and a Monday to Friday schedule (9am to 5pm, with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays).

Your Responsibilities:
• Conducting B2B outbound sales calls to small to medium businesses.
• Promoting and selling fully and partially funded training programs.
• Building strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Previous outbound sales experience is essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
• Driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
