Pharmacist

Evolve is working with a brand-new client – a growing independent online pharmacy that provide safe dispensing and speedy medication delivery for patients in their homes.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacist to join their team in Doncaster (DN1). This is a non-patient facing role based within the dispensary, working with GP Practices & Care Homes to deliver mediciations and prescriptions directly to patients at home.
The salary ranges from £55,000 to £60,000 DOE, and you will receive an excellent benefits package including a pension scheme, free parking and more!
Ideal backgrounds for the Pharmacist
* GPhC registered Pharmacist.
* Previous experience within a Pharmacy setting.
* Able to build relationships with HCPs.
Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans and build relationships.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Provide medication counselling to patients regarding proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
