What are you going to do?

Coordinates and supervises Installation / Commissioning activities, leads, and advises a team of qualified technicians and ensures adherence to processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Quality and EHS (20%)

• Active contribution to EHS onsite;
• Provides suitable work environment
• Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures, for the Installation / Commissioning Team assigned.
• Active feedback to project manager / bus bar project team on improvement items;
• Contribute to lessons learned sessions;
• Initiate improvements related to site related activities.

Site installation works (15%)

• Executes installation works or guides them.
• Coordinates Installation / Commissioning activities performed by a team of technicians and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines

Testing and commissioning (15%)

• Coordinates site deliveries of all equipment, including quality checks, in consultation with the assembly team.
• Coordinate and assist with test- and commissioning activities on site;

Budget (10%)

• Basic knowledge of contract and know scope of supply;
• Expedite on additional works;
• Record additional works and align with project manager / bus bar engineers/project team.

Planning (10%)

• Deliver input for site planning (installation and commissioning scope);
• Schedules the installation works for a technical discipline (time schedule, resource planning, material, tools, etc.) in consultation with assembly team / project manager bus bar project team
• May plan and allocate resources from assembly team
• Contribute to scheduling site assembly team resources.
• Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.

Organization and communication (10%)

• Maintains daily contact with employer bus bar project team organization
• On-site contact person for customer
• Leads, develops, and motivates a group of dedicated qualified technicians functionally to achieve the targets set.
• Keep project manager / bus bar project team continuously updated

Technical design (10%)

• Clarifies technical issues with bus bar project team.
• Responsible for the commissioning scope within the specified quality and safety requirements;

Project risks and opportunities (5%)

• Identify and report project risks and opportunities;
• Avoiding failure costs

Information and documentation (5%)

• Is responsible for processing and documenting the change requests at site
• Performs the redlining of the documentation according to the as built implementation

What do you need?

Requirements

• Fluent in the English language, Dutch is very much appreciated
• Education: MBO electrical
• Professional Experience: 3 years;
• Project (Site) Experience : 3 years
• Md Voltage experience: 2 years

Skill set

• PC Software and tooling - Basic;
• Knowledge of components and systems - Advanced;
• Installation work process - Advanced;
• Testing and commissioning -Advanced
• Electrical safety - Advanced to Expert;
• Project Management - Basic;
• Commercial competence - Basic.

What we offer

• Rate for freelancers, max €67 per hour.
• Salary for employees on contract with Yacht: €4750 based on full-time, or €1900 p.m.based on 6 hours.
• Hours: 16 hour p.w.
• Location: Veldhoven, with ASML.
• Start date: flexible, but preferably soon
• Contract: freelance or via Yacht for the duration of the project (end date unknown).
