PERMANENT BUILDING SURVEYOR – BEDFORD & SURROUNDING – Up to 85K depending on experience + CAR ALLOWANCE
We are looking for an experienced building surveyor for our Bedford based client. Generally three working days on site and two in the office in Bedford, this can of course fluctuate with your own working diary. The position requires the successful candidate to work nationwide although it is unlikely that overnight stays will be involved and as you will be in control of your on diary coordination of site visits would be key.
Daily duties are likely to involve:-
Working on a consultative basis with clients carrying out various building surveying works· Relating to
* Project Management
* Feasibility Studies
* Production of specifications
* Condition survey
* Bid writing
In return, what we need from you:-
* Strong specification writing experience is essential with a commercial building background
* Driver with own transport. there is a £7,500 allowance in addition to your salary + bonus
* Previous experience in a similar role
