Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services to recruit for a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
The hospital is rated 'Good' by the CQC and offers opportunities for nurses to work in a number of service line settings – Adult Acute & Adult Eating Disorders meaning nurses have the chance to experience other wards on rotation.
The hospital prides itself on ensuring that patients’ recovery and care remain its primary focus throughout their stay. Led by an effective and stable management team it has a robust preceptorship programme.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with 12 months post qualifying experience
Relevant clinical experience
Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
