Are you an experinced Architectural Technologist who is looking to join a close-knit and sociable practice who are committed to creating sustainable architecture?

They are currently looking for an individual to join their team in Norwich as an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 3 years experience post qualification in addition to excellent specifications and CAD skills.
Working hours:
As an Architectural Technologist, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required as and when a project demands
This position is office based - Norwich

Essential requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in practice/post-qualification
Good communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a wider team
Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
Highly proficient technical detailing ability across new and existing buildings
Excellent specification & CAD skills (2D and 3D).
Experience in submitting planning applications including creating Design and Access statements and planning drawing packages.
Able to conduct measured and photographic surveys of existing buildings and draw up results.
Desirable requirements:
MCIAT qualification or working towards it.
Experience working with existing buildings
Knowledge of PAS 2035 and 2038 standards.
Experience in ArchiCAD (2D and 3D)
Experience across all RIBA workstages.
