V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well established main contractor who specialise in largescale new build commercial and apartment projects in the North West. Due to business growth they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team!

The ideal Candidate:
* Tier one background would be beneficial but not essential.
* Background working on largescale projects is beneficial.
* Will be happy to travel across the North West.
* Will be very commercially aware.
* Will be a proactive and committed individual who is excellent at building and maintaining client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
* Line Management for Subcontractors
* Running projects within agreed timescales in line with the site programme.
* Managing direct labour and subcontractors ensuring they keep to the subcontractors agreement.
* Managing the delivery of materials making sure they are delivered in time with the planned programme.
* Managing Health & Safety on site.
* At times working on logistically challenging projects and in live environments
