Business Development Manager (Security Guarding) Corporate Sales
Cavendish has been exclusively instructed to identify a Business Development Manager (BDM) within Security Guarding (Corporate) for a leading security service provider. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in corporate sales and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing corporate sales team.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of corporate clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a corporate sales leadership role.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the security industry

Salary and Benefits:
Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year & Lucrative commission/bonus structure based on sales performance.
