Key Responsibilities:
Billing Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and distribution of energy bills to clients.
Data Analysis: Analyse billing data to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of charges.
Client Support: Provide support to clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the billing process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing activities and discrepancies for management review.
Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Key Criteria:
Experience: Proven experience as a Billing Analyst in the energy sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and data analysis tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing information.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
