T2M are recruiting for an Estimator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing services business that has global operations.
As an Estimator, you’ll be based from their site in Warwickshire.
You will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines.
Key Duties as an Estimator:
* Work with the project management team to deliver the financial objectives of the project.
* Prepare tender documents and estimates.
* Meet project specifications in line with client budgets.
* Support the wider team in project scoping and budgeting.
* Provide quotes, timelines, and risks.
* Build key relationships with clients and attend site visits.
Requirements to be successful as an Estimator:
* Degree in estimating, quantity surveying or a technical degree level qualification.
* Previous experience in managing multiple projects.
* Clear and confident communicator.
* Commercially aware, enabling you to understand client needs and requirements when undertaking negotiations with stakeholders.
This role will be based from the company's headquarters in Warwickshire with a salary of up to £52,000 available for the role depending on experience
