Now they need you as business development executive, your sales ability and your experience in the world of metals to push to that next level.
As business development executive you love chatting on the phone to customers, you really come into your own when you are having those conversations.
You will be desk based, but there will also be times when you are sat in front of your customers.
You love a trade show, whether it be here in the UK or oversees and feel very comfortable in front of your customers and prospects.
As Business Development Executive you know how to create that great first impression, gleam information from gate keepers & contacts, you also know how important it is that you log this information and can follow it up.
You aren’t someone who wants or needs that quick fix deal from a customer, you know that a technical product requires a different mind-set, and you have your prospects categorised, so you know when tenders up for renewal or projects are being negotiated.
If your sales experience is within the metal industry this would give you the right knowledge to hit the ground running, here you will be working alongside some of the most talented individuals in the industry.
If you thrive in a dynamic, fast paced sales environment, and are used to working where you are driven to take as much information you can from every call you make and close that deal then I would love to hear from you.
As Business Development Executive we are looking for you to bring:
* Entrepreneurial spirit.
* Great organisational skills.
* Your communication skills, you know how to talk to people, you can also put together a good email.
The OTE that is achievable for you as business development executive is phenomenal, it’s in an industry where with the right approach you can be in control of your earnings which are completely uncapped.
You new boss the MD will support you, train you, climbing the ladder here forging yourself the career of your dreams could be a reality being part of this companies projected journey from turning over just over 3 million to predictions of 5.5 million.
Working hours 8-5pm but your Friday afternoon is your own as they shut up shop at 2pm
The holiday allowance is above the norm too, 26 days plus all your bank holidays.
The basic salary on offer is £35-£38k
