Role Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Worksop. You will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Support students with physical, emotional, and social needs.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
A caring and patient nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
Relevant qualifications or training in special education (preferred but not essential
