Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Specialist to join our client, a technology, cloud and IT services company that is a trusted supplier of technical solutions to thousands of businesses and organisations across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the delivery of strategic IT road maps and have experience in extreme solution sales and want to join a vibrant, fast-paced and rapidly growing organisation. The salary for this position is £50,000 per annum and contains many benefits as well as hybrid working options, uncapped commission and a car allowance.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Specialist:

Salary: £50,000 per annum + uncapped commission + car allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 38.25 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: You can be located in any of the following locations; Solihull, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chingford, Doncaster, Dorking, Kidderminster, London, Manchester, Norfolk, Nottingham, Orpington, Tunbridge Wells and Welwyn Garden City

Referral programmeKey Responsibilities of a Sales Specialist:

Working closely with the sales team and customers to understand business challenges, pain points and existing network infrastructure
Assessing the client network and gathering information to assess the 'health' of the current infrastructure then document recommendations
Liaising with third parties relating to the existing network architecture as required
Providing a client-specific scoping document that includes all the information required for pre-sales to carry out the technical discovery phase
Providing a high-level proposal that details how the existing infrastructure will be migrated to an extreme solution including hardware costing, support costs and delivery processKey skills and experience of a Sales Specialist:

Experience in the delivery of strategic IT road maps
Experience in extreme networking solutions sales
Demonstrable experience in the knowledge of Extreme Network's portfolio of products and services
Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Commitment to delivering first-class customer service and building a long-lasting trust environment
Excellent communication skills
