The Sales Manager is responsible for growing a new market segment in Robotics through importers/dealers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The Sales Manager is also responsible for maximising sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the executive management.

Description

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing Europe

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer/dealer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer/dealer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Planning short/mid/long-term business and analysing sales performance

Sales management for Europe

  • Management of the sales distributorship agreement
  • Management of orders, production and shipments
  • Wholesale and retail sales performance management
  • Pricing strategy establishment and management
  • Customer credit and collection management
  • Support for the regional events (exhibitions, trainings, etc.)
  • Support for the importers' dealer management and new dealer recruiting
  • Support for the marketing and promotional items

Development of new markets and importers/dealers

Management of existing products improvement and future product development

Market research and management

  • Market trend and competition status

Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
