CJC are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of our large Mechanical/Electrical Contracting client. A sucessful candidate will have experience in building servies and come from a contracting background.
Responsibilities:
* Understand project requirements and expectations through effective communication with the client team.
* Take full responsibility for all project management aspects, ensuring milestones are met.
* Work with in-house staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
* Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Efficiently manage project budgets and resources to achieve objectives.
* Provide updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Cross-reference specifications with estimates to ensure compliance.
