Look no further, my Cirencester based client are looking for a vibrant and dynamic individual to join them on a 12- month fixed term contract to assist the existing Customer Service team.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:

* Liaise with clients and customers through telephone, email and letter

* First point of contact for members

* Deal with enquiries from all departments, working as a team to come to quick outcomes and results for clients.

* Manage all contract amendments.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

* Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members

* Strong team player

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
