This is what your new job looks like:

• You will be responsible for the technical management of our Professional Services team for Fabasoft Contracts.
• You have a very good overview of the team, act as a competent leader and recognize the skills of your individual team members in order to challenge and support them accordingly.
• You create clear and effective communication, can motivate and inspire your colleagues to give their best and thus achieve the defined goals.
• In addition, in your role as project manager, you independently manage projects and are responsible for time, budget, quality and, of course, customer satisfaction.

• You already have several years of professional and ideally initial management experience in an IT project environment and have a degree in IT, ideally in business informatics.
• You impress with your engaging and empathetic personality, create a high level of trust and are the "rock in the surf" for your team.
• You are very structured, have a strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Your excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with your assertiveness, enable you to quickly find your way around new structures and think outside the box.
