Job Description
Pay starts at $20.56 plus shift differential.
Respects and enforces Pixelle Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, as an individual but also as an operations team member
Train in all roles and perform satisfactorily any qualified job assignments within the Fremont facility
Report operational problems to area supervision
Troubleshoot and solve process problems
Keep the surrounding work area clean and neat at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be forklift and clamp truck certified
Learn and understand all products and procedures
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer entry and basic math skills
Ensure that QMS document training is complete, current and followed
Follow all JHA’s and review any new JHA’s
Follow and adhere to all work practices, operating, standard, and make-ready procedures as set for the work area
Comply with all safety rules and regulations, report any problems or unsafe conditions and wear all safety equipment as required
Must be able to work indepedently and as a team member
FLEXIBILITY:
Position may be required to cover vacancies on any shift
