Administrative Coordinator

Job Description
This position splits time between the front desk reception/office coordination and HR admin support/payroll processing. As the "face" of the company, this person interacts with a variety of people. Previous reception/admin experience is necessary with the ability to handle moderate to busy phones, meet and greet, as well as various general office tasks. As this position would also process payroll, we are looking for someone with previous payroll experience (preferred) along with strong technical skills especially with Excel, Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite of products (required).
