Site Manager

Electrically biased site manager working on water treatment sites in the Nort Western Wessex water area. Will be expected to manage either clean or dirty water treatment sites. Managing the electrical installations and maintenance works being carried out on the site. Electrical experince is required.
Certifcates required (essential):
* SMSTS Certificate
* First Aid
* 18th Edition
* JIB Gold Card
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple water treatment sites within the Wessex Water area.
* Lead a team of operators, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.
* Implement and maintain strict health, safety, and environmental protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of treatment facilities.
* Monitor and optimize plant performance, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal departments to achieve operational goals and regulatory compliance.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations and compliance activities.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence among site staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
