Finance Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our Client's team in Cramlington.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage the accounting team and support their professional development.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Handle audits and liaise with external auditors. Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA professional.
Proven experience in a finance manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Nordic experience is highly desirable but not essential. What We Offer:
