Geography Teacher

Cover People are working closely with supportive secondary schools in Oldham to find a Geography Teacher for their long-term Maternity Cover from September. The school is rated Good, so they are looking for the right candidate to positively impact the geography department from September.

You’ll be joining a thriving Geography department with supportive and helpful SLT, assisting new starters to find their feet within the school!

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
Recent experience teaching Geography within secondary schools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract
