Right now, due to our growth plans, we are looking to grow our Transport Team with the introduction of a Group Transport Administrator, providing excellent administrative assistance to our Group Transport Manager, on a permanent contract out of our offices in Coxheath, Kent.
About The Role…
As our Group Transport Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Transport team at our Head Office. Reporting to the Group Transport Manager being part of the wider Group Health & Safety Department, you will be providing excellent administrative support to the Group Transport Team as the Chartway Group Continues to grow.
You’ll be responsible for providing general admin support for the Group Transport Manager, you’ll assist ensuring our HGV Drivers keep up to date with their training and qualifications, (Driver CPC, FORS, etc) you’ll assist with quarterly & monthly board reports, updating and maintaining the Fleet SharePoint page and managing & updating our centralised Driver Management Database.
Your excellent communication & relationship building skills will be great for liaising with both 3rd party suppliers as well as internal stakeholders.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally having carrying out administrative tasks within a fleet / transport or Construction / Housebuilding background, however this is not essential. You will hold excellent IT skills with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office, and a good command of Excel. Good organisational and communication skills are essential.
