H&S Manager

Caledonian Construction Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for a H&S Manager (Roofing background) on a permanent basis.
Key Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience as an H&S Manager in the commercial Roofing sector
🔹A minimum of 5 years experience in the same position
🔹 NEBOSH certification (essential)
🔹 In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
🔹 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective safety measures
