Fire Risk Assessor

We are actively looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join a housing association in the outer Birmingham area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 3-month contract, hybrid working, mileage coverage, the opportunity to have your contract extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.

As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:

Carrying out FRA's across a range of domestic and residential properties
Working with senior management to create safety cases and safety case reports
Providing fire safety advice to colleagues
Experience / Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a fire risk assessor completing type 1-3 FRA's
Social housing / residential experience
Previous experience providing fire safety advice to colleagues and contractors
Fire relevant qualifications
As the Fire Safety Advisor, you will receive:

£330 - £350 per day
3-month contract
Hybrid working
Mileage coverage
The opportunity to have your contract extended
The opportunity to be made permanent
