We have an exciting opportunity for an Orthopaedic Team Leader at a leading private hospital group in Norfolk. This group is renowned for its commitment to delivering outstanding personalised care to its patients.

As an Orthopaedic Team Leader, you'll enjoy a salary of up to £43,000, depending on experience. You'll work day shifts from Monday to Saturday, with no night shifts. If you do not hold an SFA, you will offered fully funded courses whilst being fully supported by Senior Management Team.

As the Orthopaedic Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing a small team, supported by a Theatre Manager and other Team Leads
Assisting patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures
Supporting the Theatre Manager in leading, teaching, counselling, and appraising staff
Supervising and educating junior staff, RGN's, and ODP's
Contributing to the advancement of the Operating Department to promote clinical excellence
Preparing the operating theatre room for surgery and managing supplies
Assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseloadPackage and Benefits:

Life assuranceThe ideal candidate for the Orthopaedic Team Leader role should have:

Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner qualification
Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision
Previous leadership experience (advantageous)
HCPC or NMC registration
At least 2 years ortho scrub experience
A passion for service improvement and dynamic thinking
Completed SFA training (advantageous)If you've worked as a Registered Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner, Senior Orthopaedic Scrub, Theatre Manager, or Clinical Team Leader, this Orthopaedic Team Leader role could be a great next step in your career.
